Clients search by location, date, service, and number of guests.
Clients then review the populated artist profiles to find an artist they like.
The Client selects services and books an appointment through the artist’s calendar.
The Makeup Artist reviews the request, and accepts or declines the appointment.
A confirmation email is sent to the Client and the reservation is secured!
Payment is securely taken from the client at the time that the appointment is confirmed. The payment is not released to the artist until after the scheduled appointment.
Clients are given up to 24 hours before the appointment to cancel without penalty. All cancellations made less than 24 hours prior to the appointment are subject to a 50% penalty fee of the full cost of the service. No shows will be charged the full cost of the agreed upon service.
We keep track of when a makeup artist cancels an appointment with less than a 24-hour notice. If an artist cancels more than 3 times within a 60-day period, the artist will no longer be able to host on our site. We are committed to providing reliable freelance makeup artists anytime and anywhere.
